NEW UMMID JANJIVAN BAHUUDDESHIY SANSTHA NASHIKHealth Care
Health is the most valuable asset in human life. Good health is a precious gift for us. People of the Tribal backward community are lacking basic healthcare needs as they do not have enough ability to get treated with good medication. Regarding this, New Ummid Janjivan Bahuuddeshiy Sanstha has established and run a hospital named Nurjahan Janakalyan Hospital and a clinic, Nurjahan Janakalyan Clinic to ensure healthcare facilities at affordable fees for the tribal people of Harsul. We also organize several camps to promote the importance of maintaining healthy habits and we provide them with a number of free healthcare facilities. In this noble initiative, a group of medical professionals, doctors, and nurses support us with their medication, consultation, reference, and medicines free of cost.
Educational Welfare
We believe that a pen is mightier than a sword. Education is the greatest and most needful weapon that can alleviate the curse of poverty and the best medium to reach our destination and it is one of the fundamental human rights and needs. Regarding this, New Ummid Janjivan Bahuuddeshiy Sanstha is concerned about the education of the Tribal children, especially girls who are lacking this right. We have set up and operate a madrasa named Madrasa Al Hasnain where tribal children are getting free educational facilities including tuition from us. We try to make underprivileged children and their parents aware of the importance of education and the educational advantages that are available in our organization and make them inspired to be involved and continue their studies.
Food Distribution
The situation of tribal people living in remote areas of Nashik is one of the important grounds for our work. Food is a basic need as well as a right in our life. People from tribal backward sections around us are seen struggling to earn their daily bread and feed their families. As a result, they are lacking the daily needs and nutrition needed for the body and they get caught in the hands of malnutrition. Regarding this, New Ummid Janjivan Bahuuddeshiy Sanstha Nashik tries to organize food camps by arranging sufficient nutritious cooked meals for people of tribal underprivileged sections.
Ration Distribution During the Covid Period

Social help for Tribal Women
Helping Tribal women is one of our main objectives by spreading awareness among them about their social rights and duties. We are making them understand how to deal with the issues risen in their family like domestic violence and others. We try to settle the issue or give solutions for getting out of the unwanted miserable situation in their families. We also try to empower them by helping them to generate income sources for themselves and become self-reliant and self-dependent.
Women’s Self-employment
As New Ummid Janjivan Bahuuddeshiy Sanstha Nashik is working to help women of underprivileged deprived tribal sections. We try to help them by giving tuition for those works that can be done from home like Rakhi making, mehendi art, home decorating, customize nikah pens, customize nikah dupattas for bridal and bridal flower jewelry making, and also providing them the facilities to become financially dependent on their own. We feel pleased to see them working hard to lift themselves up in society and live their lives with dignity.
Helping in Last Rites
New Ummid Janjivan Bahuuddeshiy Sanstha Nashik also has taken the responsibility of to work for helping in Last Rites. Our volunteers have taken this noble initiative by arranging all the needful things for the final rites. We make all the arrangements for the last rites such as buying the shroud, digging the grave, etc. We have been doing this for bereaved bodies for the past 27 years and we want to do it for many more years.
Organizing Competition
As we are concerned about the development of the tribal children of the remote areas of Maharashtra we are trying to organize competition programs like painting, drawing, and other competitions. Local children take part in these programs and feel thrilled to be engaged in this competition that was specially organized for them. We also distribute prizes among the winners and make them motivated to perform well in the future.
